For professional complaints that need to be mailed, just send a money order for $25.00 and your document in the mail. This covers S & H and a tracking number.
I do have a fax number for your documents to be sent, but then you will have a digital footprint for your payments. The whole purpose of this service is to remain truly anonymous.
Everything sent to me should be done with a tracking number, with the exception of those in jail.

For incarceration services:

All prepaid serves should be purchased in increments of $25.00.
The expandable file folder to hold your belongings while you're in jail should be sent with tracking. That is a 25.00 per year storage fee storage. No more lost titles or theft of your personal paper things while you're in jail! We take keys too. Please seal and tape up everything. (You might want to send it with insurance too.).
